1. What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of the ListingGTM informational website and free waitlist, a service powered by Dealpro. The operating legal entity and legal contact must be identified before these terms are put into effect for live signup collection. Future paid services require separate service and billing terms.
2. Early access
Joining records your interest in the product. It does not guarantee admission, a launch date, market coverage, a particular feature, or a price lock. You are not charged, enrolled in a recurring subscription, or required to purchase. We may invite users in stages as the product becomes available.
3. Product previews & results
Screens, generated images, and interactive demonstrations illustrate the product direction. They do not perform live property searches, send outreach, create appointments, or show actual client outcomes. Features, channels, and allowances may change before launch.
ListingGTM is not a brokerage, listing agreement, appraisal, legal advisor, or guarantee of a transaction. It does not guarantee leads, appointments, signed listings, sale prices, sales, or timelines. Licensed professionals remain responsible for their advice and conduct.
4. Your use
Provide accurate information, use an address you control, and do not submit another person’s details without appropriate authority. Do not disrupt the website, bypass access controls, attempt to extract private data, distribute malicious content, or submit unlawful material. The Acceptable Use Policy explains additional limits.
5. Content & intellectual property
ListingGTM branding, original website content, and product materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to this site for lawful informational purposes. No ownership in the product or its branding is transferred. Third-party marks remain their owners’ property. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the product without an obligation to implement it or compensate you.
6. Privacy & communications
The Privacy Notice explains how waitlist information is handled. Marketing consent is requested separately. You may withdraw that consent or ask to leave the waitlist without buying anything.
7. Availability & responsibility
This pre-launch website is provided as available. We may correct, change, or withdraw content and may suspend abusive access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, informational materials are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for your specific purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Future purchases
The advertised starting price is $299 per month for future plans. Any offer will state included features, usage, additional charges, renewal and cancellation rules, and applicable taxes before purchase. These website terms do not authorize a charge.
9. Questions & changes
Questions may be directed to Dealpro through dealpro.io, identifying ListingGTM. Changes will be posted with an updated version date. A direct legal contact and the applicable operating entity must be confirmed before publication for live use.
