Use the website responsibly
Do not use ListingGTM for unlawful activity, fraudulent submissions, impersonation, harassment, malware, unauthorized access, disruption, or attempts to extract another person’s private information. Do not submit data that you are not entitled to provide.
Future outreach workflows
When outreach features become available, users must follow applicable laws, platform terms, consent requirements, do-not-contact rules, time restrictions, and opt-out requests. Possessing a phone number or email address alone does not establish permission for every channel. Do not fabricate prior contact, buyer interest, affiliations, or claims about a property.
Fair and accurate real estate practices
Do not use the service to unlawfully discriminate, steer people based on protected characteristics, exclude audiences using prohibited criteria, misrepresent your license or brokerage, or make unsupported promises about value, buildability, condition, flood risk, or transaction results. Verify material claims before using them.
Respect data rights
Use only sources and records you are authorized to access. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information, evade licensing limits, resell restricted data, or circumvent another person’s privacy choices.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or legal obligations. Report concerns through Dealpro at dealpro.io, identifying ListingGTM.
