Privacy notice

1. Scope & responsibility

This notice covers the ListingGTM website and early-access waitlist, offered as a service powered by Dealpro. It does not describe a currently available customer CRM, property-search account, or outbound campaign service. Those services will have additional disclosures when offered.

For privacy requests, contact Dealpro through dealpro.io and identify ListingGTM. A direct privacy contact will be published before live signup collection begins.

2. Information you provide

The waitlist asks for your name, email address, professional role, optional market, and consent to receive early-access and launch emails. We also record the signup time and the version of the consent statement. If your visit includes campaign tags, we collect the source, medium, and campaign values submitted with the form.

3. Technical information

The application uses a temporary salted hash of a network address to limit abusive submissions. That rate-limit record stays in server memory for about one minute and is not added to the waitlist table. Hosting providers may process connection metadata and infrastructure logs under their own service arrangements. Application error logs are designed to contain request identifiers and error status, not signup names or email addresses.

4. Purposes & choices

We use waitlist information to manage invitations, understand relevant markets and roles, operate and protect the website, and send the updates you request. Where consent is required for those emails, we rely on your consent. Where applicable, necessary administration and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Joining is not a paid subscription.

We do not sell waitlist information or add it to a buyer or seller lead database. We do not use it for general AI model training.

5. Providers & transfers

Railway is the intended application host and Supabase is the intended database provider. A delivery provider may be selected before launch emails are sent. See service providers for the current deployment status. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations under their applicable agreements. This notice does not claim that an international-transfer mechanism is already in place for future customer processing.

Member access — prepared for activation

The member application at app.listinggtm.com uses email sign-in codes, account details such as your name, brokerage and market, and the seller, buyer or listing goals you choose to save. These workflows require database and email configuration before access opens. Saved goals are drafts; saving one does not run a property search or send outreach. Account data is restricted to the signed-in member. An essential, host-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to one hour; signing out clears that cookie. Authentication email delivery and retention arrangements will be identified before activation.

The current website has no advertising pixels, analytics cookies, embedded third-party videos, or client-side tracking SDKs. Fonts and site images are served by the website itself. Links to other sites are governed by those sites’ notices.

7. Retention

We keep waitlist information while administering early access and the related launch communications, unless you request deletion or it is no longer needed. We will review waitlist retention periodically and remove information that is no longer needed. Minimal opt-out information may need to be retained to honor a request not to contact you. Provider backups and logs may have separate retention periods.
